No tracking, no cookies
This website uses no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no third party scripts or fonts. It sets no cookies. The Adult area stores your age confirmation only in your own browser (local storage); it is never sent to us.
Server and hosting
The website runs on a server rented from OVHcloud in Beauharnois, Canada. When you open a page, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type, in order to deliver the page and keep the server secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after 14 days.
Transfer to Canada
Canada has an adequacy decision of the European Commission for commercial organisations. Transfers to our server in Canada are based on that decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
If you email us, for example to join the waitlist, we process your address and message to answer you and, for the waitlist, to write to you once when Zatin opens (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (a) GDPR). Our mailbox is hosted by OVHcloud. We keep your emails as long as the waitlist and our conversation with you continue, and delete them as soon as you ask us to.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
